THE PRACTICE

Techniques

The techniques used in my office are manual adjustments, (adjustments with the hands) and activator adjustments (instrument low force adjusting). In October of 2010 I began taking an acupuncture course from Dr. Yennie at the Acupuncture Society of America.  In January of 2011, I completed the course and became certified in the state of Kansas to perform acupuncture in my office.  We have a digital xray unit in house, which allows me to take the images the day of an appointment and view them within seconds.  We also have a massage therapist in house, which adds just one more dynamic to keeping the body well.

My schooling began by earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Oswego.  From there, I moved to Kansas City and graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College.  While in Kansas City, I met my future wife, Shawna.  We married, and upon graduation from Cleveland Chiropractic College, I opened a private practice in Brewster, New York.  We stayed in New York until 2006 and then moved our family to Lenexa.  In October of 2006 I opened my private practice in Eudora.  In 2008 we were blessed by the birth of our first child, Sophia.
